Circle K Camp makes every effort to insure the safety of each one who attends camp. A licensed lifeguard is on hand for all swimming times, and one or more Red Cross certified First Aid and CPR Certified persons are on the grounds at all times.

While your child's safety is very important to us, we also want you to be aware that there are activities which could result in injury to your child.  These risks include, but are not limited to: swimming in an non-chlorinated lake and running in the woods at night.  If you understand and accept these risks, please initial here: _______________ .

The camper and his or her parents hereby release and discharge Circle K camp, it’s directors, and employees, from all claims and causes of actions, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which claims and causes of actions may result from or arise out of Camper’s attending, participating in, and traveling to and from camp.
